The Computer/Technology licensure endorsement program is intended for teachers who plan to teach about computer applications in the classroom or who want to assume technology coordinator positions in a school or at the district level. This endorsement can only be added to an existing teaching license and cannot be obtained independently as a separate licensure. You may work toward a masters degree plus the Computer/Technology endorsement (39 credit hours). If you already have a masters degree in education, you can obtain the endorsement by taking 26 credit hours of Instructional Technology coursework (see this plan listed at the very bottom of this page). After completing the coursework, you apply for the endorsement (#111770) by completing the Initial Ohio Teaching License Application and submitting it through the college's Office of Student Services in White Hall 304.
